Este aviso legal regula el acceso, la navegacion y el uso del sitio web accesible en los dominios befxstudios.com y b3fxstudios.com, y de sus subdominios, en adelante "el sitio web".
El sitio web tiene caracter informativo y divulgativo: presenta los productos de BeFX Studios, aloja su documentacion y tutoriales, publica noticias y permite suscribirse a un boletin y contactar con el equipo de soporte.
La venta de los productos no se realiza en este sitio web. Los complementos de BeFX Studios se comercializan a traves de plataformas de terceros (Superhive Market, Blender Market y Gumroad). La contratacion, el pago, la facturacion, las garantias y el derecho de desistimiento se rigen por las condiciones de la plataforma en la que se realice cada compra, y es a ella a quien corresponde atender esas cuestiones.

Obras de la comunidad
La seccion Showcase recoge trabajos realizados por usuarios de los complementos de BeFX Studios. Su autoria corresponde a cada artista, que conserva todos sus derechos, y se publican con su autorizacion. Si eres autor de alguna de esas obras y deseas que se retire, escribe a la direccion de contacto indicada en el apartado 1 y se retirara sin mas tramite.
5. Enlaces a sitios de terceros
El sitio web contiene enlaces a paginas de terceros (plataformas de venta, redes sociales, YouTube, la web de la Blender Foundation). Estos enlaces se ofrecen unicamente para facilitar el acceso a informacion o servicios relacionados.

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website available at the domains befxstudios.com and b3fxstudios.com, and their subdomains.
The website is informational: it presents BeFX Studios products, hosts their documentation and tutorials, publishes news, and lets visitors subscribe to a newsletter and contact the support team.
Products are not sold on this website. BeFX Studios add-ons are sold through third-party platforms (Superhive Market, Blender Market and Gumroad).
